Is a biotechnologist with extensive experience leading R&D, product development, and innovation in industrial biotechnology. A second-time founder, he co-founded Michroma, one of Latin America's most successful biotech startups, where he served as Chief Scientific Officer for 8 years. In that role, he led the development and scale-up of precision fermentation technologies for food ingredients, built multidisciplinary scientific teams, and managed collaborations with global industry partners. Throughout his career, he has successfully bridged scientific research and business execution, helping transform laboratory innovations into products with global market potential.
